InnovationWorks is a state of the art business incubation facility, designed to support new, high-potential businesses through the start-up phase and during the first 3 years of operation.

The primary objective of InnovationWorks is to act as a mechanism for stimulating and supporting the creation and growth of such enterprises.

This will be achieved through:

• The provision of state of the art business incubation facilities, I.C.T. infrastructure and a range of client support services on-site.
• Optimising the impact of resources at the Institute of Technology Tralee.
• Close co-operation with InnovationWorks Limerick at the National Technology Park in the provision entrepreneurship and business development programmes.
• Participation in new and existing regional, national and international networks.

Accommodation

• InnovationWorks is a 26,000sq.ft. building comprising high quality business space on two floors. Ground Floor: Individual units of 350sq.ft. to 1,000sq.ft. First Floor: 10,000sq.ft. open plan office space in 2 units of 5,000sq.ft. approx.
• On-site fibre-optic connection to national and international telecommunications networks, giving client companies the ability to access high-capacity telecommunications infrastructure and offering immediate access to the global marketplace.

Occupancy Terms:
