Development Sites at Newcastlewest Business Park

Shannon Development owns and manages a c. 20 acre Business Park in Newcastlewest, Co. Limerick. The attractions of the proposed Business Park for potential occupiers include the quality of life, clean environment, minimised traffic problems and affordable housing in comparison with other urban centres. There have been policy changes at national level and it is now Government policy to ensure a greater regional spread of inward investment and this should benefit the future of Newcastlewest.

Presently, there is three completed building on the Business Park. ESB also have planning permission for the provision of a new 38kV station on the park.
