To the front is a two storey glazed facade with double doors into the reception/entrance hall. On the ground floor of the office area there is a large canteen with fitted kitchen units and plumbing for the usual kitchen appliances. Across the entrance hall from the canteen there are male and female toilets which are fully tiled and presented in good condition. On the first floor there are two offices one large open plan office with perimeter trunking and ample power and phone points. Also on the first floor are a coms room and private office. The production area is currently divided into a shipping and receiving area and a lab however this layout can be changed to an open plan area with electronic roller shutter door to the rear compound.
