Shannon Development welcomes announcement of Mid West Taskforce team by Tánaiste Mary Coughlan
Tuesday, 03 February 2009 Shannon Development welcomed the announcement by Mary Coughlan T.D., Tánaiste, and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment of the Mid West Taskforce team.
“Shannon Development is delighted to have been asked by Tánaiste Mary Coughlan to play a central role in the new Mid West Taskforce. I have assured the Tánaiste that Shannon Development will do everything it can to assist the work of the Task Force” said John Brassil, Chairman, Shannon Development.
Commenting on his appointment as Chief Executive of the Taskforce, Dr Vincent Cunnane, Chief Executive, Shannon Development, said “I look forward to working with the Taskforce Chairman, Denis Brosnan, and the other members of Taskforce. At its first meeting next week, the Taskforce will be getting down to work to identify every possible development opportunity for the Mid West region”.
