Shannon Development is pleased to announce that the 5th ‘Innovating Regions in Europe’ (IRE) Plenary Conference will be held in Ennis, Co Clare, on 24-25th May 2007. The Conference will bring together regional policy makers and innovation practitioners from over 200 IRE Member Regions throughout Europe.
